Explaining your products to your customers

Cool, I liked the way he used to explain his products, this shows that people are now adding more videos just to give a human element to their websites, but let me add one thing more which is more closer to a human touch that is Live chat customer support services to your websites, it gives a real human touch to your customer support. As I personally experienced that it helps your visitors and customers to clear all doubts they have in their minds about the product, price and all.
